How We Work
We operate independently of hospice providers, health systems, insurers, and payers. Our loyalty is solely to patients and families.
Independence
Eileen’s Voice does not provide medical, clinical, or legal advice. We also do not replace healthcare providers, attorneys, or regulatory authorities.
Our role is to support families through education, advocacy, navigation, and accountability —helping them understand options, ask informed questions, and engage effectively with hospice providers and oversight systems.
Boundaries
Accountability is central to our work. We help families document concerns, understand what to do when issues arise, and raise questions safely and responsibly. We also look across many family experiences—without identifying individuals—to recognize patterns, highlight gaps in care, and support transparency and improvement across hospice care.
